Allan H. Goodson
Allan H. Goodson has been in the telecommunications industry since 1981. Prior to co-founding Next Solutions in 2013, he held multiple roles growing from the initial role of General Manager of a cable tv system / market to the level of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating officer of cable television companies as well as other large and small telecommunications companies.
Director of Operations
Michael is honored to be a part of the Next Solutions Team and has been with the company since it began in November of 2013. He started as a field technician and was promoted in the summer of 2014 to the role of Operations Manager for the Panama City, Florida market. Director of Field Operations
Tyler began his communications career in May of 2011. Originally starting as a technician with Multiband Corporation/Goodman Networks and soon after became a supervisor in both the Traverse City, MI, and Detroit, MI locations. Tyler moved from Goodman Networks to become a Regional Manager with Clearsky Technologies.
Director of Operations
Robert spent the last seven years of his career with Next Solutions. He began his career in the communications industry in 2008 as a satellite technician working for one of the major Regional Service Providers (RSP) serving Dish Network. Robert spent several years as an installation technician before moving into a sales role for the IT startup, Up Tech Solutions.
Director of Operations Support
Laurie has been working with Next Solutions, shortly after their start, in March 2014. She started her career in the satellite television industry in 2005 as an HR Generalist working with multiple markets in the SE United States. In 2007, she moved into the operations division of the company as the DIRECTV Site Manager for the Chattanooga TN market and by 2012 had moved into the larger Atlanta GA market. During this tenure, Laurie maintained some of the highest customer service ratings throughout the DIRECTV network, was selected as an initial member of DIRECTV’s Strategic 360 Program and was 1 of 2 Site Managers chosen to assist in the creation of their currently used dispatching software program. Laurie wears multiple hats at Next Solutions… whether it’s managing a large fleet of vehicles, to processing payroll or leading our Operations Support team that serves as the daily general dispatch group for the organization. Her favorite quote is “management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things.”
Human Resources Coordinator
With almost 20 years of corporate experience in human resources, payroll, benefits, training, and administrative experience, Honey’s greatest asset is her keen ability to analyze problems and produce effective solutions. When looking for the most appropriate solution to resolving challenges, her well thought out ideas and exceptional thoroughness ensures that she has left no stone unturned. Her areas of subject matter include employee relations, HR compliance, organizing & maintaining personnel records, coordinating health enrollment plans, and address employee issues.
Co-Founder and President
Morgan is proud to be one of the two founders of Next Solutions, along with Allan Goodson. Next Solutions was founded in November, 2013 and has evolved through the changes in the industry and has been growing ever since. McChesney began his 40 year career in telecommunications May, 1981 at TCI where he spent 17 years with the last years serving as VP of Operations over TCI’s entry into telephony. Prior to that he served as a regional VP over multiple markets including TCI’s largest urban cable operation in Chicago. After TCI, he was a Regional VP of Operations of TCG a company that was acquired by AT&T. Next he was a SVP an Chief of Staff for Covad Communications. He became entrepreneurial and was part owner and President of AerosatUSA, LLC a fulfillment company to DirecTV. He then co -founded and was President of Up Communications LLC a regional service provider for Dish Network. Morgan is a servant leader and has been responsible for revenue, operations, the customer experience and financial results throughout his career. His starting point in the telecommunications industry was as a cable television installer.
